Your tasks:

  • General secretarial duties
  • Checking incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Support of the administration/loading equipment department
  • Processing of complaints
  • Contact person for customers, transport companies

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Independent and responsible way of working.
  • We require very good computer skills in MS Office
  • Ability to work in a team, commitment and flexibility
  • German and English skills, both written and spoken

We offer a KV starting minimum salary of 1167.56 gross/month for the position, with the willingness to overpay according to your qualifications and experience.
