Your tasks:
- General secretarial duties
- Checking incoming and outgoing invoices
- Support of the administration/loading equipment department
- Processing of complaints
- Contact person for customers, transport companies
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Independent and responsible way of working.
- We require very good computer skills in MS Office
- Ability to work in a team, commitment and flexibility
- German and English skills, both written and spoken

We offer a KV starting minimum salary of 1167.56 gross/month for the position, with the willingness to overpay according to your qualifications and experience.
